Where is the fuse for horn and drivers seat?

Horn is not working

Drivers seat won't lower down in the front. Also won't move up or down. The back adjusts. Lumbar works and back part of seat will lower.

When I try the front and up and down it clicks

novatay1 those things are not related by a fuse. the horn fuse is in the fuse box under the hood besides the battery. Fuse #18 is the horn fuse. You also want to check the horn relay and the horns. With all the adjustments you can do on your seat is is not a fuse that is a fault here. you said that “When I try the front and up and down it clicks “ so I would check the motor for the seat.
