my kobo aura h2o is not staying on. it is constantly switching on and off. when it is on it does not accept touch input. i have charged through main power and charged through the computer. It does not connect to the computer. I am unable to reset as it doesnt recognise touch. Where can I take it in Brisbane to have it looked at.

Sounds like a board issue. You can get LCD replacement, not sure about digitiser (touch screen) which is what it possibly needs. I have a hunch it’s something on the board that’s faulty/ failing. You could try a new battery maybe I doubt it will do any good though but you never know. Parts for the 2nd edition are freely available original not so much.

I have the same problem. De Kobo Aura H2O is not responding to touch. To my knowledge nothing happened to evoke this. After hours I managed to reset the Aura (all books gone) and it is charging en switching on and off, but without the touchscreen working it is useless… Is it even possible to have this fixed, since the Aura is an older model?
