Only LOUD STATIC sounds

Today, my Samsung A5 turned off during a podcast.

Now it only plays very LOUD STATIC sounds for every noise it should make: message notifications, ringtones, videos, alarms, keypad tones, everything!!!

Ive obviously tried re-starting it.

What else can I do??
