Hello !
I found how to remove the class.
This is the same principle as smartphone, you have to heat the watch to unstick the glue.
I have used the Iopener from IFixIt to heat the watch and then using a sucion cup on the class and it cames out.

Which glue would be best for reassembly? Do you happen to know the crystal specs for the Steel HR Sport (40mm)? And to confirm, the glass was installed from the top of the watch, rather than into the bezel from the back side? Thanks for the information.
