Need replacement screen for 27" late 2013 iMac

I have a iMac 27” late 2013 machine EMC 2639 . Unfortunately, the screen does not work. Where can I source a replacement screen? And what additional information about the screen other than what I’ve already provided do I need to know (e.g: is there a model number somewhere on the screen that I need to know to make sure I get a correct replacement)?

Thank you

Aloha Dan. Mahalo for the link to the replacement display panel. However, when I look at that page, it says it is for a late 2012 iMac. Mine is a late 2013. Are these the same?

Aloha! One of my most favorite states I've visited ;-}

Apple used the same assembly in both the Late 2012 & Late 2013 systems. I posted a reference above as well.

Mahalo for clarifying that point! Unfortunately, $799 is a little (actually, a lot ) too much for me. Can you recommend another vendor?

harryz - Did you try calling them to see if the Grade-B used or Used displays are available (~ $400). Sadly this is not a commodity part its custom, which limits the sources and cost.

You can use the part number 661-7169 to search within google to see if you can find something cheaper. Just be aware Amazon & eBay have a lot of fly-by-night outfits and if they sell you a defective display it will be hard to recover your money.

Actually buying from eBay and Amazon is hassle free. If you ever buy something and its defective you will get your money back no questions asked. I repair Apple and all other brand computers since 2001 and never had any problems if i was sent something which didn't work as expected.
