Why does it do a rinse after the final spin cycle.

I have a Whirlpool Duet washer, Model WFW9500TW02, Serial CSW5103289. It wants to do a rinse at the end of the final spin cycle leaving the clothes very wet. the only way to avoid the water getting in is shutting off the water during the spin cycle. Not sure where to start. Thanks!

@unclebwags that sounds like a timer issue. Check in other cycles and see if it wants to do the same rinse.

Yes it does it on other cycles. Did a delicate load and at the end of the spin cycle with about 1 min to go it did rinse.
