Distorted images in apps

I recently changed a screen in a 6s and now images whether in safari or Facebook or other apps are all distorted. They are almost scrambled like a graphics issue but it’s only on pictures. The phone UI and everything else works fine on the screen. Anyone else had an issue like this? I couldn’t find anything with a google search.

If it’s with the vertical lines effect it’s a bad screen.
