boot loop because of knox security

so i enabled knox security on my phone and it restarted but its just stayed in a boot loop i tried factory reset but it didn’t work and wiping cache partition so far nothing has worked. pllz help

Have your tried talking with Samsung? I would start there. We really don’t get deep into the the software side of things here.
