Power down the phone first before you try anything.

If you have needle tweezers, try using them to extract the sim.

Another method is to get a second person to hold the phone for you, and then carefully use two needles or pins together to try pry out the stuck sim.

The method I have used before with the most success is actually a paper clip and superglue. You have to be very careful though, and not use too much glue. Bend a paperclip into a “L” shape, making sure that one side of the “L'“ is shorter than the width of a sim card. Hold the phone so that the sim tray slot is upwards. Put a tiny smear of superglue onto the short part of your “L” shaped paperclip, and CAREFULLY put it into the sim tray slot and onto the end of the sim card. Wait long enough for the glue to set (30 sec or so), and then gently pull out the paperclip, and the sim card will come with it. Make sure to clean all the glue off the sim card, and don’t get any glue on the gold spring contacts inside the phone.

If you cannot get it out, you may need to remove the display of your phone. This would let you access the top of the sim tray, and you would be able to pry out the stuck sim card fairly easily from there. There is a guide for removing your display here.
