Note 5 display swap
Swapped a sprint note 5 display for my tmobile note 5 and it flickers. Swapped everything back and all is good. Any ideas or reasons with its doing that?

I would think the pin-out would be the same.
If it doesn’t flicker on the sprint phone,maybe the fpc connectors just happen to align correctly with each other on the sprint one. The plastic can be slightly bent or damaged/worn. If it doesn’t make solid contact on the power pin,it can cause that.
Ive has this happen on iPhone 5s. The screen fpc was damaged a bit. Swapped the screen and it worked better. But on a different phone it didn’t have an issue.
It could literally be some weird slight Misalignment.

I connected and disconnected every connector b4 I gave up and jus put both phones back together. The only issue I had with my screen is that the glass on the top is popping up..
