Display installation connecting white wire

I need help connecting my display screen on a ibm thinkpad t43. There is a white wire that I have to connect. I don’t know where it goes.

Options

It might be to the Bluetooth/Modem card located at the top left of the chassis. Depend on the config it might not be present.
