Sonos Play 5 gen 1 does not power on factory reset does not work

Sonos Play 5 gen 1 does not power on factory reset does not work.

Wondering if I can narrow this down to it being a power issue - so perhaps start with a replacement power chord? If it’s not that, would like to know how repair or replace the power supply.
