Both fans not working

I am having trouble with my fans. I have replaced both fans I have replaced the relay I have replaced the fuses and they still will not work! Neither fan the AC fan or the radiator fan. Any advice would be much appreciated. My vehicle is a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country
