How to test power supply

I have a 2017 iMac A1419 27” i5. It doesn’t power up, 1st diagnostic LED lights, nothing else happens. Have check power button is working etc. As first step I want to eliminate the PSU - does anyone know what voltages I should see on the output? I have a multimeter but no data on what I should find on the connector.
