Why cant I connect my ethernet wifi and router are ok

I plug in my ethernet cable and it does not connect ive used multiple cables and the router is working properly

nojoko7  let us know what the two lights next to the connector indicate. those normally show the connectivity status and network activity.

  1. Uninstall the Killer Network Manager Suite and the Killer Wireless Drivers
    • Right Click on the lower left hand corner of the screen
    • Click Programs and Features
    • Click Killer Network Manager Suite and click Uninstall
    • Follow the On-Screen instructions and repeat the same process for the Killer Wireless Drivers
    • Restart the system once both applications have been removed
  2. Important: If the programs above are not listed under Programs and features please continue to the next step
  3. Download and Install the Killer Ethernet E2400 / E2500 Driver

  • Download the latest Killer driver
    • Make sure to select Windows 10, 64-bit as the operating system
    • Click Network
    • Download the Killer Ethernet E2400 / E2500 Driver
    • Install the driver
    • Restart the system
  • Download and Install the Killer Wireless-AC 1535 Driver
    • Download the latest Killer driver
    • Make sure to select Windows 10, 64-bit as the operating system
    • Click Modem/Communications
    • Download the Killer Wireless-AC 1535 Driver
    • Install the driver
    • Restart the system
    • Open the Killer Suite app, go to settings, and disable the "Advanced Stream Detect" option.
    • Open Device Manager
    • Go to Network Adapters
    • Open Killer Wireless-AC 1535
    • Go to the Advanced tab
    • Under Wireless Mode, choose ABGN mode.

Important:

  • Please make sure that the version on both drivers you are downloading is the same (Version 1.1.56.1236,A01 or higher from Dell's website).
  • If you need to update the drivers in the future please make sure to uninstall all previous versions of both LAN and wLAN drivers.
  • When installing new drivers you must install the LAN driver before installing the wLAN driver.
