Why are these bubbles appearing after lamination?

I am using an OM-K6 edge with the OM 2-in-1 lamination mould…why are these bubbles appearing after lamination? They don’t come out in the debubble/autoclave?

We have experienced the same problem you are having. we found the problem to be the polarizer we were using 4in1 that had the polarizer laminated already to the screen. Polarizer bubbles are nearly impossible to remove. the other issue could be that if you are laminating the polarizer on the screen there could be bubbles underneath before you even put the glass and OCA on. our solution was to get the 3 in1 and hope the polarizer is good when taking off the glass, if the polarizer ripped then we would have to apply a new polarizer to the lcd making sure not to get any bubbles on this step then we would put the lcd into the mould and put the glass on that had the OCA pre installed.

Hi,

Compared with flat and edge screen, edge has soft and curved characteristics , so that there is no bubble-free technology for edge. People always used with bubble remover machine to overcome.

(PS: I have a bubble remover machine )
