Internet connection doesn't work

Hello, 1 week ago when I turned on my laptop I had a problem with internet connection. Impossible to load Chrome or any software needed internet. Finally 15min later I achieved I don't why..

Now the problem is come back and I can't use internet with my MacBook. The WiFi'Mac seems good, no error.. I tried to connect the laptop with the internet box and my hot-spot mobile, same issue. The problem is not about the internet box because 2 friends use it with their Laptop.

I followed some instructions on internet to fix my problem and finally reinstall ios. But even with ios reinstall (with USB) the wifi is connected but safari doesn't load like other softwares that need internet.

If someone can help me :)

Safe mode and system restore doesn't work. How I can install a anti-virus without internet conexion. I've downloaded a software with a other laptop but they need to download some update during the installation..

Format the ssd doesn't delete all virus? I tried but same issue.

EDIT :

I've tried the Macdonald's wifi and it's work. I don't understand, why my phone can be connected to my internet box and not my MacBook.

First thing I would do is run a virus scan with a good (Paid For) anti-virus.

To check start up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift Key on start up and see if your problem persists.

Firstly roll bk to your last system restore point and see if it works.this gives you a window to narrow down the problem.

If no joy then

Try updating your software /drivers as sometimes old ones become obsolete causing loading problems. Also do a full malware scan.
