Why did my screen change colour after dismantling the phone?

I dissembled my. LCD to fix my selfie camera and as I assembled the iPhone 6 Plus and turned it on everything works but the screen has a bit of lines going down the phone vertically and screen display looks a bit greyish whiteish. How can I fix this? Also I did not change LCD because there was nothing wrong with it.

-Thanks

It sounds to me like the LCD cable might have been ripped or pulled out of it’s connection on the screen. Either that, or the LCD is broken. Before you jump to that conclusion, try just reconnecting the LCD and making sure the connection is totally snug. If the connections are good, unfortunately you might need to replace the LCD.
