Screen not working after attempting back casing de-assembly

I didn't even get to replace any of the parts i went in to [the back case] I made all of the connections and secured them with tiny pieces of tape because they kept popping up when i went to close it! and the phone IS still working just absolutely not the screen .. if its not connector 1or 2 or 3 what else could it be?
