I have asus tuf fx505ge my keyboard have rgb lightning but i have trouble my rgb cannot working, my keyboard always red cannot to change color too. Anyone help me please

On your model, I believe you must download the Asus AURA software from the Microsoft store before using the RGB backlighting functionality.
