iPhone 6 Plus Screen Replacement

If I replace the iPhone 6 Plus' screen with another original iPhone 6 Plus screen, will the touch ID work?

My current iPhone 6 Plus screen is having issues where the screen does not respond to touches and does some weird things on its own. It has even sent messages to a few of my friends. (just random letters and emojis)

I want to purchase a used iPhone 6 Plus and the swap the screens. The reason I want to still keep my original iPhone is because it is in a very good condition.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You don’t have to buy a new iPhone, you can just get the screen. Regarding touch ID, I recently replaced the screen of an iPhone SE Touch ID still worked. All you have to do is replace the button since it’s not one with the screen, it’s just held by a bracket.
