What cable is this?

Can someone tell me what the correct name of this dual cable is is? (red arrow points to it)

I suspect it is some sort of antennae connection.

I was replacing a damaged glass front screen and they unfortunately broke - need to know if I can replace them.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Regards,

Those are the digitizer cables that transmits the touch inputs of the user. If you broke those, you need a new screen: iPad 5 Screen Digitizer

Thank you, fortunately I had already bought a screen replacement, and lo, said cables are pre-attached - just hadn't opened the box yet. Thanks much for providing the response.
