Stuck in recovery mode, and home button not working.

Ok, after my son played with my iPhone with a balloon game where you blow to fill it, I think he got it wet inside.

Anyway, after restarting normally it went to recovery mode. Tried to restore it through iTunes, used iRecovery, TinyUmbrella. Nothing works.

It keeps looping in restore mode when connected to my MAC. If I restart it without it being connected, it works fine, except the home button does not work.

Don't know what to do, please help.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Dry it more!

It seems it is still wet inside.

Well, it has been drying for more then a week now.

Would it need more time then that? Or is there something else I can do to dry it?

Use a hair dryer that has the no heat option on it where it just blows cool air , also try recboot for recovery problems.

Bad idea - you'll just blow remainig moisture further into the machine.
