How to remove HP Pavilion CS2073CL front screws

They are super tiny Phillips screws. I have a full set of precision screw bits and none of them are small enough. It seems that the Phillips cross in these screws, in addition to being tiny, is very flat. And I can’t find anything that will turn it, and I’m worried about stripping them if I keep trying.

What the heck turns these screws?

The screw could be JIS or Japanese Industrial Standard which are slightly different than Philips and yes, as Augustine points out, are available from IFIXIT.
