Why my phone is working only when the charger is connected?

My phone is onning and when the logo appears it was switching off again . And when I connect the charger then it is working continuesly , when plug off it switch off. I don't know why this is happening? ???

Bad battery, I recommend getting it replaced and see if that fixes the problem.
