Whats the cheapest kit to use from iFixit to replace an iPhone 7 battery?

If you already have all the tools necessary to open an iPhone 7, then get just the battery. In addition, you will need the battery adhesive and housing gasket adhesive to properly seal the device.
If you don’t have the right tools, then get the kit version of the battery.
IMHO, the battery replacement kit is the best option.

I don’t recommend looking for cheap because usually cheap means bad quality. And for your answer for cheap you can look on eBay there is a lot of them for around 5 bucks.
