Dell XPS 15 9550 motherboard repair

I have a Dell XPS 15 9550 that won’t POST. I have a feeling is is a bricked bios but I have no proof of that. This is just 1.5 yrs old with no water damage. I have opened up the computer motherboard looks perfect. Anybody know of a good repair place that can do motherboard repair? I already send to a place in Austin only to have them tell me that they can NOT do component repair and wanted to sell me a whole new motherboard from $800 to $1300.

I think i got a similar issue. Battery hasn’t been charging and stuck at 0% in the last month or so. One day, my laptop stopped booting, it is stuck at POST with dell logo. Not able to enter boot or set up menu etc.
