Might be the chances of home button bad connection point might be damage by water.First clean the pin and see.If the same change the new one that working or not.If after the change same that you have to check by changing dock connector flex too.

Remember apple encrypt that home button that is compatible for only one.If the new home button change and works

you loose the finger sensor but only home button works for menu purpose.

So, I could change the home button but I will loose the sensor. Should I change the Logic board?? I was thinking of cleaning everything with Isopropyl alcohol? Will that help??

U can change the home button and the button should work as long as it's the button itself causing it but u will loose touchid... if the clicky clicky doesn't work with a new button then u have to investigate the charging flex and other elements on the phone...

You could also attempt to repair the existing button, clean it dont add too much alcohol to it though... take off the metal dome on the button that's stuck on with tape and give the contacts and the dome itself a bit of a scrape :)
