1 Can we order missing part for the head set
Was just wondering can I order the usb for the blue tooth and also order the plug to charge the head set

This has already been partially answered Need replacement USB dongle with the answer to buy a USB replacement, with the original poster saying that this was their way about doing so.
As for the charging, you would be just as well off buying any mini USB charging lead like the one linked here and plugging it into any kind of plug socket that uses a USB (or even the PS4 itself). Hope this helps.
