Why is my audio jack frequently disconnecting?

I think my audio jack in the phone is loose and also where can I find some specific Redmi Note 4 audio jack replacement guides and spare parts? Also can it be repaired without the whole mother board being changed?

It happens probably, becuase audio jack might be damaged. You should take it to repair or repair it yourself…
