Camera fail only on WhatsApp

Whenever I try to video call on WhatsApp my phone camera failed.I did everything hard reset ,factory reset, clear cache clear data every thing.if I use other apps it's work and my phone camera also work but again when I try video call on WhatsApp it's shows me camera fail and than I have to restart my phone after 10 mins than my phone camera work but not WhatsApp video call
