MacBook not booting showing no lights

Hi

I've done a very stupid mistake and i think that I've ruined my macbook.

I have Macbook Pro A1706 with broken screen, ordered a new one and installed with no issues. Turned on the Macbook, works perfectly.

Then I've noticed that i wrongly installed the screen. It was working but i had to redone it.

So I've done something so stupid which is disconnecting the screen without removing the battery.

Now the macbook is completely dead.

There's heat in CPU but the macbook is not displaying anything. I'm really desperate.

Anyone can help?

Hard to help by undoing a technical mistake at a distance..if anyone had such power I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be used for such purposes ;) You can check what’s posssibly the problem by shining a light to your screen and plugging it to an external source. If the faint image is still shown on screen it’s probably a backlight issue that can be repaired but requires microsoldering skills and tools. If you have no faint image on screen but it shows fine on tv or monitor the screen has probably gone and needs replaced..yet there is a chance the issue is on the logic board. A DIY approach can’t give you always clear answers unfortunately. Probably the cheapest option would be to find a lab into component level repairs.
