The iPhone was in construction sites and the screen was shattered and I wonted to know if I’m using the phone and I drop it will I stop working since the phone was broken before

Hard to answer without being a wizard, some phones fall tens of times and still work, others get broken with just one bad fall. Try not to drop it and buy a strong bumper cover and a tempered glass to protect your screen if you know chances it may fall are high.

it had to say but if they didn't install the the front panel correctly it may damage the logic board to the point were it may work but have bugs or just stop working in general .
