Why does it keep turning my tv and equipment back on?

Keeps turning on and turning on and turning on every time I tell it to turn off is there an easy fix for this?

Options

It might be the Fire TV not recognizing your voice. Try putting a message through a text to speech and see if the Alexa would understand that. Otherwise, I have no idea.
