Can I remove the emissions hoses from the driver side

Can I remove all the hosing for the emissions on the driver side of a 1990 F250 351 W and it run well?

Simple answer No!

Your pickup will not pass emissions testing and if you are caught on the road in some states you can be jailed.

As far as running better not really, you also will harm the catalytic converter and you could in fact start a fire under the hood or carriage.

We don’t do emissions for my year in Texas and I don’t have a cat converter on it.
