I have many knife sharpeners. but none of them give me the RAZOR sharp

I have many knife sharpeners, but none of them give me the RAZOR sharp edge I want/need. Any recomendations ? My electric sharper, for example sharps BUT IT ALSO GRINDS DOWN THE METAL TOO MUCH.

I do sharpen knifes too, using diamond stone with a little water to sharpen it.
