Bluetooth problems on 2012 MacBook

So I have a mid 2012 macbook pro… my bluetooth is on and search for devices but it isn’t finding anything…. my airport is also neither working…. I noticed there seems to be an antenna missing from the board…. hopefully the picture works. I have tried to locate it but it doesn’t appear to be there at all… can anyone help?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Look at Step 8, this is the Bluetooth cable. It comes out of the displays hinge with the other cables do you see an end floating around?

Hi Dan, no I can’t see that one at all....

So this systems Bluetooth never worked then?

Did you have the system serviced at some point?

by
