Why my printer print head is not moving and three red light blinking?

I have EPSON L 805 WHEN POWERED ON IT ONLY BLINK POWER BUTTON GREEN RED, INK BUTTON AND BUTTON WITH i BUTTON BLINKS RED. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO
