Why does my laptop get hot?

The bottom of my laptop gets hot and it sounds like a fan is whirring and I don’t know why that happens. Help?

Laptop heating up is normal to a degree. How hot are we talking here? Uncomfortably hot? Or just warm?

Computer overheating may be too much dust in the radiator,you can try to dust your computer.
