My laptop is running very slowly and freezes while playing games.
My laptop is lagging a lot and I don’t know why. I bought this to play games on and want it to be fast.

If it’s the model in the post then that’s your problem. By no means is that a gaming computer. It will do the basics but anything beyond that it is going to struggle with.
