Your bottom cover has become unclipped! It wouldn’t take much effort to get it reseated.
Review these two images:
The Stud pin has slipped out of its catch within the bottom cover. Pressing the bottom cover just above the stud should reseat it.

Hi Dan, thank you for your response.
I've tried this, but doesn't seen to fix the issue.
Then take the bottom cover off as it may need to be re-shaped
