You might want to open the phone again to double-check your connectors (battery, LCD, lightning dock connector, front camera flex). How was this phone damaged originally? Drop damage? Liquid damage? Run over with your car? Depending on what happened, you might have more damage to repair than just your damaged screen.

I’d start with simply checking your connections. Open the phone and disconnect the battery first. Carefully lift the connectors and reseat them to ensure they all have a solid connection to the logic board.

Without additional information or some diagnostic tools on your part, it’s difficult to say what the problem could be. Since you have already opened the phone to perform the screen replacement, the likely place to start troubleshooting is to go back and check your work.

Before I replaced screen, phone fell out of pocket and glass was broken, but the screen was working perfectly.

After the problem appeared (phone is not working), I dissasembled it again and checked all the connectors, but it did not solve the problem. Later, I put old screen with broken glass, it did not help again...
