Wiped SSD but Cannot Boot Anymore

Hi, I performed a successful ATA Secure Erase on my WD SSD (comes installed). This went fine. Upon going to turn computer back on after shutting it down, it only opens to a message:

Dell Security Manager

Hard Drive #######, the system internal HDD-0, is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access data on this hard drive without the correct password. Please type in thehard drve password.

I put in the password and I get:

No bootable devices found

Press F1 key to retry boot.

Press F2 key for setup utility.

Press F5 key to run onboard dignostics.

I don't need to keep any data on the computer, I'm actually trying to get back in to do a factory reset, so if there's a way to do that without any of this that works also. The computer was running only on Ubuntu 18.04.

You need to reinstall the operating system. If you have another computer available to use, use that to create USB installation media for ubuntu and then you’ll be able to boot ubuntu off the SSD again.

You can download ubuntu here:

https://www.ubuntu.com/download

Use Rufus to burn the downloaded ubuntu ISO onto a flash drive:
