Yesterday i had dropped my phone, which already had a crack on the upper part of it. After it fell the battery came out from impact and upon putting it back in the screen never displayed anything, but the vibrations told me it was turning on. what do i do?

Hi,
You need to open the phone and check that the screen flex cable connection is OK.
Most likely though, the LCD screen has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
