As a generic answer. First try charging it. Plug it into the wall for awhile, then try a new cord and plug it into the computer. Then try a soft reset by holding the home button and the sleep button at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen. If nothing happens, you should try replacing the battery.

nastasia40, in order to get an answer to this question, you should really provide more detail. What happened to the phone? Did it just stop working? Does it charge? Is it being recognized by your computer? Did you drop it, submerse it or any other incident with it? What did you try to fix it? Restore? Reboot? Anything will help to help you. Good Luck

I had just finish changing the glass front face on my phone , every thing was working fine after I put every thing back together all of a sudden the phone went blank I know the battery is good I try to reboot nothing happen i plug it into the computer also still did not come on I have tried everything

look at connector 1. it may be that the lcd cable has popped loose and you just can't see that the phone is on.. if the vibrate works then this is the likely problem.
