Why my battery has died after 2 months of usage, twice?

Hello there,

I’ve bought these headphones a year ago and it started having cracking noises after 2 months of usage. When I connect them with audio cable, they work perfectly, however, when I turn the bluetooth on, weird noises start. I had a replacement unit and the same thing happened again, but even worse. I’ve been using them for 2 weeks and when it came to charging, I wasn’t able to charge them up. When I try to turn them on, cracking noises again, however, once they’re connected with audio cable, everything works normally, so I came up with the answer - battery. Can I replace it somehow?

Best regards!

Honestly, with as many problems as these things have given you, I would say it’s not even worth it to try and fix them. It’s likely you will just run into the same problems again. I imagine trying to fix these things will be a bit of a pain in the rear. If you are really set on trying to fix them, you might be able to find a battery for them on Ebay. I would guess the battery is probably solder in so that’s something to consider.
