Hi,

What is the full model number of the laptop?

What OS is installed?

If Win 10 , have you checked in Home >Settings > Network and Internet >Change your Network Settings > network troubleshooter to see if it can resolve the problem

Have you checked the status of the WLAN adapter in Device Manager?

What have you tried?

Gonna be honest, just clicking through options till I found something that works, it’s kinda function now so I’m alright, if anything happens later I’ll probably just take it in tbh

We need to know more information about your system. What operating system are you using? Did you recently do an update? Follow the steps jayeff suggested above. If you have recently done and update, there could be driver issues causing the problem. It’s also possible your wireless card has just died.
