Immediately after turning it on, it clicks up and down the shutter on the display and in the viewfinder a camera error is displayed. Turn off the power then turn it on. Tell me what could be the problem. Can I diagnose the camera on my own? Tried to shake the camera a little does not help

tried. didn't help.the sensor is not skewed like on youtube video,moves as if normal

Try to reset camera to factory default If possible. Remove battery and then press and hold power button for 10 second and then reinsert battery.
Different camera has different way to reset check manual.

any error codes? what is the exact message? do you have a lens on the camera?

No codes. message "Camera error.Turn power off than on." no matter with lens on camera or without.
This is almost a new camera. maybe 100 shots. Owner did't use it for a couple of years . Then he decided to sell it. everything was okay .he checked it. went to the meeting with the buyer on the bike. Turned on- there was this error.If a memory card is inserted, the red light flashes for a few moments.
recharging the battery from power bank works.
I'm not an expert, but it looks like the motherboard is working.
Inside there is a small ML621 Rechargeable 3V battery . May be dead.
