No power or power light

samsung model J6200

I don’t have any sort of power, switched outlets etc. Did my board burn up?

Sometimes it's really hard to tell that the display panel is turning on. I have a Samsung TV that needed new led backlights, and it took the strongest flashlight I had to tell that the display panel was working. I'd recommend looking over the whole screen with a super bright headlamp or flashlight while the TV is on and see if you can make out stuff on it.

One way to determine if it's a dead control board or not is whether the TV makes sounds or responds to the remote.

The Tv would not respond at all. The red power reserve light was also out. It seems to be completely dead, that’s a small burn mark, but I haven’t tested the fuse yet (due to not having the correct tools)

take a look around D901 and T9101C etc., your board has a shortcircuit around that area. You can make out the charred diode and the board itself. all the signs and symptoms you describe point to a bad power board. Replace the board and re-evaluate

Oof, I didn't even see that in the picture. That's definitely part if not all of the problem.
