Start by making sure it does not need to be reset. Disconnect every external input from your TV. Unplug the power cord. Push and hold the power button for about 45-60 sec. Then just plug the TV in and one video input source. See if it does now turn on.
If it does not you need to check the power board first. Remove the back from your TV and use a multimeter to check the voltages on the connectors against the values printed on the board. Let us know what it shows. There are plenty of reason why this could be happening and the most common failures are the power board and the main board. Post some pictures of all of your boards etc. with your question so we can try to help you finding some trouble spots. Adding images to an existing question
